Comfort Care Services is a leading provider of high quality supported housing and rehabilitation services for vulnerable adults with enduring mental illness, learning disabilities, substance/alcohol misuse, and other complex needs.
Founded in 1985, we have grown from 2 beds to over 190, providing step down services from low secure hospital discharge to independent living across SW London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey.
We provide high quality 2-6 bedroom homes, within easy reach of local amenities, public transport and access to education and employment opportunities.
We strive to achieve positive long-term outcomes for our service users, by working in line with the personalization agenda and in partnership with commissioners, social services, health care professionals, family members and other agencies.

All our staff have the opportunity to become part of the Comfort Care Services family. If they pass our extensive selection criteria, complete their 12 week staff induction programme (SIP) and work towards NVQ qualifications they have the opportunity to get into more senior positions and , a manager qualified to NVQ level 4, (with some working towards level five for residential care) has the opportunity to run one of our units independently.
