Family values. The foundations on which all of our care homes are built.
Celebrating 20 years of excellence in care, we are Hallmark Care Homes, the family-run provider of multi-award winning care homes. We own 17 care homes across England and South Wales and are recognised in the industry for providing high quality care and outstanding, innovative facilities. We are proud to have been named the Top Recommended Mid-Size Care Provider in the UK for 2016/17 by carehome.co.uk.
When we purchased our first home back in 1997, it was because we wanted to make a difference; we saw that older people often don’t get the quality of care they deserve after a life of contribution. We are determined to provide the highest quality of care and facilities while employing caring, passionate people.
Residents are supported to live an active and fulfilled life. Our relationship-centred care enables residents to keep on doing the things they’ve always loved – the things they perhaps thought they could no longer enjoy. So as part of our communities, they’ll be able to cook, help out in the garden and carry on with the kind of everyday routines which make their lives… theirs.
If you are a talented carer with ambition and a passion for delivering outstanding care or have compassion and are looking for a career in care but have no experience, we want to hear from you.hat’s important is that you are compassionate and are committed to delivering outstanding care to help us fulfil our vision.
Our carers really do care about our residents and are dedicated and warm-hearted. They play a vital role in the lives of our residents and their families and are the most vital members of our team. You will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents in a relationship-centred manner; promoting their dignity, independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives.
If you don’t have any experience, we will support and train you to promote your understanding of clinical issues and to develop your own career pathway, ensuring that you feel confident in all aspects of the role.
Maybe you are a committed and experienced carer and are looking to take that next step to leading a team. Our senior carers are a vital part of our leadership team at our homes and are fundamental in providing the outstanding care our residents deserve.
