Homecarers (Liverpool) Ltd

HCL was established in April 1994 in Liverpool. The company was created by the current Operations Director, Karen Caffrey, an RGN and former Practice Nurse and District Nurse. Karen set out to provide service users with the choice to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, promoting independence and healthy lifestyle choices.

We are innovative and work collaboratively with other services and digital providers to promote and share good practice pioneers in supporting innovation and are a testbed for digital solutions in social care.
