Pay Rate: £17.09 to £20.09 an hour (circa £32,000 to £37,500 p.a.)

SRG is working with a leading agrochemical company in Bracknell who are seeking an ADME Scientist to develop new capabilities in high-throughput in vitro assays, providing chemical models of biological systems.
The ADME Scientist will use their skills to guide the development of assays to aid understanding of ADME properties across a variety of non-mammalian species.
Support the early discovery process to deliver ADME/DMPK assay results Design and deliver new assays, methods and/or approaches to provide simpler systems for understanding biological systems. Work with scientists from a range of disciplines to understand the challenges faced, and collaborate effectively to ensure that new approaches have maximum impact.
A PhD or good undergraduate degree in chemistry or a related discipline with broad knowledge of common ADME assays. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry of working in a high-throughput ADME environment (including experience gained in an industrial placement year). Experience of laboratory automation and plate-based assays Experience in developing high-throughput in-vitro assays. Ability to use and develop in silico ADME or PBPK models would be advantageous.
