Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to work in wellbeing team in Brighton NHS. This is a temporary agency contract for 3 months ongoing.
Pay £9.20PAYE an hour (£11.08Ltd an hour)
Monday to Friday 9-5
The primary focus of the role will be to work as part of the phone bank for the service - receiving incoming calls from patients and booking their appointments, responding to patient queries as able, taking messages and passing on to clinicians, responding to calls from clinicians in the service and making outgoing calls to book patient appointments.
Full training will be provided.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking to bring in to the team enthusiastic and motivated administrators with a desire to make a positive difference for our patients.
Educated to RSA 3/ NVQ 3 or equivalent or with demonstrable equivalent experience in carrying out administrative duties you will possess good communication and organisational skills and will have the ability to priorities your workload and meet deadlines. Specifically, we are seeking strong candidates who:
•Are able to consistently deliver a patient-focused service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
•Are highly organized and focused with good attention to detail.
•Are able to respond sensitively to phone calls including from people who may be distressed or angry.
•Are IT literate ideally with experience of using customer/clinical databases.
The office has been COVID risk assessed and a range of measures put in place as a result, including reduced desk use to adhere to social distancing requirements and supply of appropriate PPE.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer remote working.
