What are your responsibilities?

  • You will consult with patients by either video or telephone and be responsible for the holistic care of our NHS registered patient list.
  • For our NHS patients the care will include proactive management as deemed necessary by QOF as a minimum standard.
  • You will need to make full contemporaneous clinical notes and discharge all appropriate actions resulting from a consultation as you would in any traditional setting.
  • We have made this aspect as admin-light as possible, and you will not be responsible for any paperwork that results from your consultations, eg blood test results/letters from specialists.
  • This role is part of a larger clinical team, made up of GPs, ANPs and AHPs who consult digitally and physically for NHS patients.
  • You will additionally be supported by a full multi-disciplinary team based in our Babylon, London Head Office.

  • NMC registration
  • Non medical prescriber
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Team player, happy to embrace new forms of communication with colleagues
  • Clinical diligence
  • You must demonstrate experience working with adults in a mental health setting and have good communication and organisational skills, the ability to make decisions, and have evidence of professional qualifications.
  • Confident in risk management.
  • Can work autonomously and also adhere to company-wide policies and procedures
  • In good professional standing
  • Organised
  • Personable and punctual.
  • Passionate about digital healthcare and provision of universal healthcare

  • Working as part of a virtual team
  • Educational, coaching or mentoring work
