Permanent Advanced Clinical/Nurse Practitioner required at
Eastwood Primary Care Centre
We are looking for an Experienced ANP to work 37.5 hours per week
Eastwood Primary Care Centre is looking for an advanced nurse practitioner who is enthusiastic, motivated, reliable, experienced, good humoured and hardworking to join our forward thinking practice. We have a patient list size of 20000 and a clinical team which includes GPs, 2 ANPs, a Clinical Pharmacist and a Nursing Team. We are open to new ideas and fresh approaches to clinical care.
We are looking for the successful candidate to see acute on the day problems but also assist the team with home visits
We are looking for candidates with experience in primary care working at an advanced level, ideally working with acute based issues and an ability to support the medical personnel.
We are fortunate to have an excellent Clinical and Administrative Team. We provide regular tutorials and debriefs for our ANPs. We use SystmOne and we are part of the Nottingham West CCG. We work closely with our Community teams supporting care in the community and prevention of hospital admissions.
In return we will offer NHS pension scheme membership and a pay scale which is negotiable depending on experience (likely to be equivalent to Band 8a, Agenda for Change).
The position is Full Time, but with opportunity for flexible hours.
You will need to meet the following essential clinical criteria:
Independent Nurse Prescriber.
Appropriate qualifications in autonomous practice.
A Full UK Driving Licence is required and sole access to a suitable vehicle (home visits).
