Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Service hours will be to cover 08.00-midnight, 7 days per week, 365 days a year, so shift work is required. Shift pattern 08:00 - 16:00 (Early), 12:00 - 20:00 (Late) and 16:00 - 12 midnight (Twilight)

To accomplish this we are expanding our Physical Healthcare service and now have an exciting opportunity for 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners to be at the forefront of this service delivery.

As a Registered Nurse (Adult), you will act within your professional boundaries to provide excellent physical healthcare for our patients as well as being an advocate for their physical healthcare needs.
You will demonstrate courageous critical thinking and be a caring, compassionate and committed experienced nurse. The post holder will provide care for the presenting patient, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
You will be an autonomous practitioner who is able to diagnose and manage acute, chronic and long term conditions, integrating both pharmacological and non-pharmacological based treatment methods into a management plan.
Promote, deliver evidence-based care for patients presenting with acute, chronic and complex wounds, including undertaking skin closure techniques i.e. tissue adhesive and suturing.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (adult) who is a Non-Medical Prescriber or willing to undertake the training to achieve the Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
You will also be an ANP with recent urgent care or primary care experience with a special interest in one or more of the following areas: diabetes, women`s health, epilepsy, long term conditions, tissue viability and/or palliative care
We are keen to offer development opportunities to enhance your advanced practice and leadership skills, for example Non-medical prescribing, MSc Advanced Clinical Practice and /or other postgraduate courses, relevant to your practice and personal development.
