Location: Birmingham - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum / £20.51 - £25.64 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.
Hours: Full Time available - 37.5 Hours Per Week

Further Details about the Role: I am looking to recruit a number of Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join a Private Healthcare provider on a full time permanent basis. The post holder is an experienced nurse who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice. The post holder will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required. In order to work at this level NMC requirements for advanced practice must be met.
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Advanced Nurse Practitioner opportunity to possess full without restrictions NMC registration. Relevant nurse/health degree. Independent prescribing qualification is a must. Long term conditions qualification. Clinical supervision training. Mentor/teaching qualification. It is desirable for all applicants to have the ability to work autonomously in an advanced nursing role. Audit abilities. Advanced clinical practice skills. Management of patients with complex needs and long term conditions. Knowledge of public health issues.
