Circle Reading is looking for an experienced ODP who is enthusiastic and believes in working within the Circle credo to assist the theatre lead in ensuring the most current evidence-based practice is delivered to our patients. She/he strives to maintain a high standard of care in their practice and ensures the team members do so as well.

Keen to work with the theatre team to improve theatre efficiency and look for opportunities for cost effective safe practices. She/he has the abilities to motivate the anaesthetic team, is flexible and communicates well with the consultants with any changes theatres deem appropriate for the care of the patients.

To utilise clinical and managerial skills that will enable high standards of care to be delivered in all areas of the department.

This includes all of theatre areas such as Anaesthetics, Recovery and Endoscopy, by recognising areas for change, assist in the innovation, updating and implementation of practice within the Anaesthetic & Theatre speciality that is underpinned by research and proven best practice. Adhere to Circle&;s policies, procedures and guidelines.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, comfortable to conduct peer reviews, audits and can contribute to key issues in partnership sessions.
