We are looking for ACPs to fill 3-6 month contracts in OoHs, these will be at 8A level regardless if they fill the nursing or GP rota.

They will need to meet the person spec from the JD (which is available on request)with an understanding they set base apts, do HVs and carry out telephone consultations.

the service 24/7 and any regular hours would be considered.

  • Be responsible for keeping him/herself professionally updated to maintain an up to date registration with the NMC/HCPC and to ensure that all staff within their sphere of responsibility also follow the code.
  • The post holder should be aware of the Data Protection Act and follow local codes of practice to ensure appropriate action is taken to safeguard confidential information.
  • The post includes rotation shifts over a seven-day period in line with the service activity.
  • Work unsupervised both during and on completion of training and exercise initiative when providing patient care; however clinical medical and non-medical supervisors will be available for advice.
