Approved Mental Health Professional or experienced Social Worker required to work in the Home Treatment Team based at Bodmin.
1 x 6 months fixed term
The team operates a 24 hour, 7 day a week service, working with people presenting with acute Mental Health needs.
The role holder will carry out duties as an AMHP under the MHA and will work alongside colleagues, ensuring service delivery, personalised budgets completed with S47 responsibilities. The team work a long day shift pattern with night working essential.
