ABOUT THE ROLE
As an area manager, while reporting into the Regional Director you are responsible for leading the overall performance of your geographical region. You will provide support, guidance and direction (directly and indirectly) to a varied team of 3 Home Managers. You will lead by example, inspiring your teams to always operate with the principle of 'we treat residents as we'd want our own mother or father to be treated.' as well develop the commercial success of your region.
We are seeking an experienced Regional residential care manager to lead 3 homes within Devon and Somerset

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Area Manager, you will have extensive experience of multisite management, managing teams, budgets and resources within a heavily regulated environment. You will be able to understand and effectively coach managers on what makes a ''Good'' or ''Outstanding'' service as well as identifying and troubleshooting challenges implementing Quality Improvement Specialist action plans. You will be a personable self-starter with excellent communication skills, real attention-to-detail and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
