Requirements for this position
You will have elderly care home management experience with a proven track record of success. You will understand what both the CIW and CQC regulators look for ideally when inspecting services. Attention to detail will be key and the ability to support Home Managers in the day to day operations of the homes. Management qualifications such as NVQ's Level 4 or 5 in Leadership and Management or the equivalent RMA will also be desired as you would expect from this level.
