Our client is one of the fastest-growing businesses in their sector - due to growth, they're looking for an area manager to initially lead circa 8 practices across the Greater Manchester area. This is a real opportunity to make a difference in a growing company, rather than just maintaining the status quo in a larger corporate.
They're also very realistic about how they run their interview process during this challenging time, with all interviews being via Skype and an estimated start date of around July/August.
You'll run your businesses through effective planning, performance management, championing operational excellence and of course building and maintaining strong relationships with the clinical and operational teams. Strong leadership and people management skills are a must, along with the desire and ability to work alongside the senior team and contributing to decision making across the wider business.

Practice management experience within dentistry, ideally across multiple sites Commercially astute with strong business acumen to analyse data and insight to identify and develop further commercial opportunities. The salary for this role is circa £40-45,000, plus a car allowance and competitive benefits package.
