Area Support Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a leading private health care company as an Area Support Manager.
About the role:
Reporting into the Business Support Manager this varied role will require a diverse skill set for estate management, customer service, people management and a passion for developing teams on our Assisted Living/Retirement Living Plus developments.
You will primarily provide support cover for the Registered Home / Estates Managers; taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational running at a variety of developments. As new developments open you will work with the Business Support Manager to deliver the induction and development plans of our teams.
We are looking for experienced operators able to build rapport quickly with both our Home Owners and our teams to deliver results. From estate management to training delivery this role requires passion and a desire to move forward in fast time frames. With 24 hour a day cover on site it means we can support our Home Owners to excel within an independent lifestyle for as long as possible.
What do you need?
A willingness to travel to different development to fulfil your role
QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent (or working toward qualification)
IT competent in Microsoft Outlook
If successful you will need to complete a DBS check (funded by us)
