Assistant Technical Officer (Procurement)

We are looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our Pharmacy Procurement Team.

You will be working as part of a team in supporting the purchasing of medicine supplies for the Trust, utilising the computerised pharmacy stock control system for ordering and receipt of medicines, procurement performance and providing other information by utilising common application software. You will also work with the pharmacy automated dispensing machine, loading the medications and performing routine maintenance of the machine.

You will need to have good communication skills, an understanding of Microsoft Office applications and be a well organised individual.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week but there may be part-time opportunities available.
