Your new company:
Hays Healthcare are currently recruiting healthcare assistants for mental health work in Durham, Darlington, and Middlesbrough. Our client is looking for experienced and hard-working healthcare assistants for work across a variety of wards. They have both days and nights available and we are looking to fast track any suitable candidates through the compliance process to help with winter pressures.
Your new role:
You will be a valued member of Hays staff and can work either part or full time across any of the following areas, depending on the demand from the services themselves:
Male acute
Female acute
Adult mixed acute
PICU
CAMHs
Elderly
What you will need to succeed:
Ideally, you will have worked in the NHS for a minimum of 6 months over the past 2 years, though private experience will be considered. Punctuality and reliability are essential for any agency work and these are qualities that all our clients are looking for. You must also be confident to work as an individual as well as part of a team and be able to adapt quickly to new information.
