Are you a registered mental health nurse with community based experience? Can you manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health issues? If this sounds like you then this could be the ideal role for you!

We are looking for a community mental health nurse to work in the Bradford area. The successful candidate would ideally have community experience and would be happy visiting patients in their homes to offer treatment and support. They would build positive working partnerships.

The working pattern will be 9am-5pm, 5 days a week.

CMHN responsibilities:

- To manage a caseload of clients in the community

- Assessments and interventions

- Care Coordinating

- To ensure that nursing policies are implemented and maintained

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification

- Valid NMC PIN

- Experience in a NHS mental Health team

- Excellent written and verbal communication
