Have you got the heart to make a difference?
“Having anything done to your heart is of course scary. I was met with empathy and understanding which helped me feel at ease. The nurses on my ward after the surgery were very attentive, truly lovely and friendly, and went out of their way to be so helpful. Can I just say a massive thank you to everyone? You are all truly amazing people and I felt in very safe hands.” ex-patient of ward A9, December 2018
