Job Description

TTM Healthcare are extremely excited to be hosting Skype Interviews in the coming weeks with an Established NHS Hospital in the Kent Area looking for Band 5 General Radiographers

They take training seriously, and encourage you to do the same. They want staff to develop their capabilities to the full with a range of learning and development opportunities.    
The x-ray department includes 2 A&E X-ray rooms, plus radiography for theatres and wards, and 2 general rooms. All rooms contain DR equipment, and the majority of mobiles are also digital. They also have 2 fluoro rooms, 2 CT scanners and 1 MR scanner. You will be rostered through ED, Generals, fluoro/angiography and CT to work as part of the diagnostic team delivering high quality imaging for the Trust.  
This will require you to have a commitment to the out of hour's duties, as part of your role to support this you will receive IV cannulation training.  
They have a comprehensive Induction and Probation Programme, which is linked to a competency-based structure throughout the department; this is an ideal supportive environment for new radiographers entering the profession. As a Department, they are committed to supporting CPD and encourage role development.    
This is a full time post of 37.5 hours per week    
Key Requirements                  
  • BSc Radiography or its equivalent                  

  • Full HCPC Registration ( Or advanced stage )

  • Recent Clinical Experience in a Public Hospital

  • 6- 12 months experience in a busy departments is essential                  

  • Excellent communications skills
