An opportunity has arisen due to the expansion of Private Patient services on the Hammersmith site to join the physiotherapy team as the senior physiotherapist for Private Patients. Our friendly department is full of opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic physiotherapist who wishes to develop a range of clinical and managerial expertise. The role will offer the opportunity to work with various patient groups including: cardiothoracic, urogynane, hepato-biliary surgery, renal and haematology medicine.
We are looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist, with a keen interest in developing and running private patient physiotherapy services, a wide range of clinical experience, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient centred care. You will have the opportunity to develop your specialist skills and knowledge and managerial skills through the delivery and evaluation of a service.
You will have support from band 7 colleagues within other specialities and also Band 8a clinical lead/ specialist physiotherapists and work closely with the well-established multi-disciplinary team. Alongside the clinical case load you will have the responsibilities of supervising student physiotherapists, the day to day service delivery and ensuring a high quality service is developed to these patients. You will also work closely with the band 8a physiotherapist to help with the continuous development of the services as we have a passion to ensuring a high class patient centred service.
