Then please read on, we are recruiting for a Band 8a Part Time Clinical Psychologist to work in a specialist and innovative brain injury and neurological rehab centre that has a good CQC and a nationally renowned reputation.
As a specialist Band 8aClinical Psychologist, you will provide care within a high quality specialist clinical Neuropsychology service, within the multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation team. You will be supervising and supporting neuropsychological assessment and therapy provided by other psychologists, including, trainee, and assistant psychologists
The service you will be working for offers intense rehabilitation for adults in the post-acute phase following a brain injury. You will work 22.5 hours per week on a flexible rota paid £28,817pa (Equivalent to £24.60ph)

Participating in the assessment clinic, providing initial assessments and diagnoses
Providing family-based treatment and evidenced-based treatments to young people
Undertaking direct and indirect specialist psychological interventions and formulating treatment plans
To apply for this clinical therapist and psychologist position, you will need:
Possess Post-graduate doctorate level training in Clinical Psychology
Be a HPC registered Clinical Psychologist
Have specialised knowledge of neuropsychological disorders, neuroanatomy and neurological conditions
Experience of working with a range of client groups, presenting a range of clinical severity, in a range of care settings, including in-patient and outpatient work
