As a Band 5 Registered Nurse delivering NHS services with us, we'll provide you with a flexible working pattern including an NHS Pension and out of hours enhancements (where applicable).

You will have a recognised qualification within the professional area at e.g. Degree/ BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma/ Graduate certificate level/NVQ 4/VQ4 or equivalent.
As the Community Staff Nurse you will have relevant practitioner experience in a similar sized health/social care organisation and be competent in a wide range of relevant clinical skills. Further to this, you will have comprehensive knowledge of standardised rules, procedures within own area and across disciplines relevant to the job role.
Working within the District Nurse team, you will provide nursing care to housebound patients in non-hospital settings such as patient's home and residential homes, whilst delivering high quality comprehensive holistic nursing care.
Well done to the Active Ageing Team in BaNES who have recently received 'Trusted Assessor-equipment Award'The Active Ageing Trusted Assessor-equipment award was received on 26th February 2019. This benefits the health and care system in BaNES, as the Active Ageing team can now prescribe a wide range of identified equipment, which frees up health and social care Occupational Therapist's to do more complex client care.
