We are looking for caring, compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses who are looking to specialise within a specific area and join a highly skilled team. You will be working out in the community carrying out Home Parental Nutrition in the comfort of patients home. These are autonomous roles that allow the nurse to be responsible for delivering outstanding patient support in the community.

What will you be doing as the Registered Nurse on the HPN service?
You'll be visiting patients within their own homes and ensuring they receive gold-standard care throughout their treatment. We're looking for caring individuals from NHS or Private sector backgrounds who are keen to travel, complete home visits and maintain high quality standards.
Clinically you'll be connecting and disconnecting and maintaining and training in infection control. You will be empowering patients to manage their own care (where possible), liaising with your team to share ideas and best practice and being there as a key point of contact for patients throughout their period of care. What experience do you need as the Registered Nurse?
You will need to have a valid NMC Pin and the access and willingness to travel. You will need to be aware of NHS practices and NHS lines of communication.
Experience of cannulation, phlebotomy and catheterisation is desirable however you do need to possess a clinical mindset to complete the training and carry out the role.
