We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Nursing Rehabilitation Assistants to join the teams based within Foxbury Ward in Queen Mary's Hospital on the Bromley Healthcare Bank.
This team works together to provide rehabilitation to patients needing support following an acute admission. The team works hard to be person-centred and focusses on assisting the patient to become as independent as possible.
This post is to cover both Bed Based Rehabilitation and the Home Pathway Rehabilitation Service.
You would be joining a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Support Workers, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. Your role would be to provide personal care and basic nursing support to the patients as well as helping them with their rehabilitation.

We are not looking for clinical qualifications: we’ll give you all the training you need. Additionally, we’ll give you all the support you need to advance and grow your career. There are opportunities to develop your nursing skills and you will gain valuable experience of working with a great multi-disciplinary team in a healthcare setting.
