Bank Waiting Staff and  Kitchen Domestic 


Wellington Grange in Chichester


Up to £10.45 per hour, including all enhancements


Pay breakdown:

Basic Pay Rate: £8.13 per hour

£1.50 p/h weekend enhancement 

Enhancements for an NVQ or Diploma Level qualification in a relevant field are paid as follows:

NVQ 2 additional 56p per hour, OR

NVQ 3 additional 82p per hour

More about the job:


Under the supervision of the Chef, the role of Kitchen Domestic is to wash-up and put away all dishes, cutlery and equipment and to ensure all kitchen areas are clean and hygienic.  You will assist with general kitchen duties such as making sure everyone has a plentiful supply of clean water and drinks and ensure that all regulations for food health and hygiene are adhered to at all times.


More about you:


Priority will be given to candidates who have relevant experience in catering and/or hospitality.

Additionally, you must be a friendly, kind, honest and reassuring person and an effective communicator, able to read and understand English.  Ideally, you already have experience of working in a similar environment. As well as being a good team worker, you can prioritise and work on your own initiative. We especially want to recruit people who share our goal of delivering the expert care and attention to detail that our residents deserve.
