Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking to appoint and experienced business development and account manager to their team, looking after their growing customer base in the North of the UK.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially aware business professional with knowledge of the dental sector, to work closely with an existing customer base helping them grow the develop their business.
In this unique role, the post holder will not only be responsible for developing new business opportunities, but also benefit from developing long standing commercial relationships with their customers to ensure high quality relationships are maintained.

Along with a strong commercial acumen, the BDM will be responsible for on-boarding clients, training their teams and regularly following up on performance to assess areas of success and challenges, assisting them to grow their own customer base.
Based from home, you will be responsible for customers throughout the North of England, working increasingly digitally in the current environment but including face to face with clients when safe to do so.
What you'll bring
We are actively seeking applications from experienced commercial salespeople with experience of the after-sales service and customer relationship management.
This is a varied and diverse role which is not just about the "sale" and as such, previous experience of working within the dental healthcare sector is a distinct advantage. You may have worked in clinical dentistry or other supporting services providers within the sector.
You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, be a quick learner and a people person. An attention to detail, knowing when to listen to your clients needs and requirements and an enthusiasm to help them achieve their own goals and objectives is paramount.
Applicants should have at least 5 years commercial experience or combined management/training experience within the clinical dental sector - ideally with an understanding of private or mixed NHS-Private dentistry provision.
You'll be joining a small close knit but growing team, operating with a large degree of autonomy but with the support and encouragement from an experienced team of colleagues with a wealth of industry experience.
