Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Development Executive looking for a new and exciting position that will see you travel throughout the UK developing & securing new clients within the Healthcare sector ?

If yes, then this could be the perfect position that you have been looking for!

The main purpose of this position is to a business develop and win new business and support our recruitment teams within our network of company owned business/territories which expand across the West Midlands, East Midlands, and down to Bristol. 

A lot of cold calling/visiting will be involved throughout private & local authority clients, so you will need to confident and have great sales ability! You will also be tasked to further develop our existing clients and identify new opportunities within them, so these clients will be very warm and you just need to service and grow!

Job Requirements

Who We Want To Apply For This Role –

  • An experienced Business Development Executive or an experienced recruiter who has experience of working within a busy temp environment either as a BDM or 360 consultant
  • Have worked within a Nursing recruitment team or nursing agency
  • You will have either worked as a BDM, sales consultant, 360 consultant who loves the sales side of the job and wants to develop this journey further into senior management roles
  • Client face-face meetings experience
  • Experienced in healthcare recruitment – nurses is the key but you have to have experience winning temp packages within private clients i.e. nursing homes social care contracts and even the NHS
  • Have knowledge and worked with vendor management businesses
  • You will be hungry and wanting to excel your career with a national brand and progress into senior management roles
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout the UK
  • Able to build relationships that last
  • Have a valid driving licence and own a car – you will be travelling extensively every week
