Belmont Recruitment is currently looking for band 5/6 CAMHS Nurses for ongoing NHS contracts within an inpatient setting. This post is based out a community hospital based in Edgware, London.
Young people are admitted to the Beacon Centre following the onset of an acute mental health difficulty. On admission young people might be struggling with such health problems as depression, self-harm, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, suicidal thoughts or psychosis. Beacon's team work in conjunction with families, schools and community services to ensure each young person's care is individualised to them.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge as a CAMHS Nurse and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £22.00 - £30.00 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
