Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a CAMHS Registered Qualified Mental Health Social Worker (NQSW/SW) Band 5/6/7 to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), based out of Ealing in Greater North West London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The post holder will be responsible for operating within a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical triage assessment and brief intervention to children and young people with emotional wellbeing needs (both routine and urgent risk) who access CAMHS. This role is seeking individuals with a range of assessment skills and significant clinical experience of using evidence-based interventions with children, young people, and their carers; as well as experience of working with professionals from other agencies. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of autonomous working.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £18.78 - £32.78 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
