Job Description

We are on the look out for fantastic Care Assistants. Here at Gracewell of Bookham we are continually growing our Care team following phased opening last year - everything is still brand new and we fully believe in looking after you, so that you can care for our amazing residents (see full benefits list below).

Our dedicated and compassionate care assistant teams and trained nurses provide 24/7 onsite, residential care, nursing care, dementia care and respite care, in intimate and modern surroundings.A Care Assistant within our Gracewell Homes is a 'hugely rewarding and satisfying job with no two days the same' - and it's not just us saying that, it's what some of our most committed team members have said.

  • £2 enhancement per hour Monday to Friday (day shift)
  • £3 enhancement per hour Monday to Friday (night shift)
  • £3 enhancement per hour Sat - Sun (day shift)
  • £4 enhancement per hour Sat - Sun (night shift)

Gracewell of Bookham is a luxury care home where every resident is provided and cared for with his or her individual needs in mind. About you

  • Experience within the Care sector
  • Naturally compassionate with a caring disposition
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care desirable or a willingness to undertake the qualification
  • Medication administration training and/or a willingness to undertake training if required
  • Ability to work flexible hours
