Job Description

TLTP Medical is excited and privileged to be working with the NHS Herts Valley Clinical Commissioning Group to provide much needed social care to their residents in Hertfordshire.

We are recruiting for Domiciliary Carers, Homecare Assistants and Support Workers to help provide high-quality professional care and support services to adults of all ages, in their own home.  

All the work is based across the Hertfordshire area; Watford, Bushey, Stevenage, Broxbourne, St. Albans, Welwyn Garden City, Hitchin, Waltham Cross, Bishops Stortford and Hatfield.

Duties include:

Assisting with personal hygiene, showering/bathing
Preparing meals and cooking
Household and domestic support
Companionship
Specialist care
Respite care
Supporting and accompanying social interaction in the community

Excellent rates of pay starting from £10.73 to £14 per hour (via umbrella) depending on the package

Requirements

NVQ 2 or 3 or equivalent or have experience working in care
Have a caring and kind nature
Must own a driving license and be able to commute via own car
Willing to do personal care tasks
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Willing to work as a team or individually
You need to be 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
You must have the right to work within the UK
