Job Opportunity
Support Worker required in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Working in a care centre with adults who suffer from physical disabilities. £9.50ph, 37.5hours a week.

Skills and responsibilities
Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
To be able to work on own as well as part of a team.
To be able to establish and maintain professional working relationships.
Able to work under pressure and apply consistent approaches.
To be able to work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
To be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
To have good basic levels of reading & writing in English.
To be able to maintain accurate records.
Basic IT skills.

Job Setting
You will be responsible for day to day care including washing, feeding and providing entertainment to residents. The successful Care Assistant will have 6 months experience in the field, and have a naturally caring approach. The role will offer a mixture of Days/Nights, full and part time hours are available.
