Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Care Coordinator (CPN) Band 6 to join the Community Mental health Team, based out of Wallington in London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
This role predominantly involves managing a caseload, attending medical reviews, administering depot injections, managing crisis when a client is unwell and assisting with duty. The role is to also help the Early Intervention Service team interface effectively with other local community services both internally and externally, hence experience of working within the Primary Care, rehabilitation, substance misuse services, homeless teams, CAMHS or Education Service would be advantageous but not essential.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £27.00 - £29.00 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
