HCL Mental Health are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. You will work as a Care Coordinator within the early intervention service. You will also work one day in the service and the rest from home. Ideally we are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful person who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team both independently and with initiative. Ability to use professional skills to support and motivate colleagues and clients. Familiar with current legislation, guidelines and processes that affect the way in which mental health care is delivered. Someone who has an understanding of mental illness and its impact on service users.
Experience of Care Coordination. Managing own caseload.
Occasional days of duty work, supporting the rest of the duty/assessment team.
