Care Home Administrator
Nurse Seekers are proud to be working with a client we feel is one of the best care providers in the Ipswich Area, we have been instructed to find an administrator of the highest calibre for their Care home.
Your main duties will include dealing with: Clients - dealing with enquiries, relevant paperwork, money handling and dealing with relatives, and advocates.
Staff - ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely manner, including assisting in day to day staffing levels and arranging agency cover where necessary.
Home - Ensuring all areas of the Home are upheld in order to create a clean, safe and healthy environment.
You will also be responsible for the arrangement of supplies and equipment within the Home, including stock control of food, janitorials, medical supplies and stationery.
You must be flexible, capable of working under pressure and able to work on your own or as part of a team. You will deal with all necessary correspondence, have a good standard of written English and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
