Requirements for this position

In order to be considered for this role you must have or being working towards your NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management and have experience of working within the elderly care setting. Previous Home Management experience would be great, but not essential. If you have led teams and have a good grasp on the expectations of the CIW, then get in touch for more details.
