Home Manager - Care Home with Amazing benefits!!!

Location: Broadstone, Dorset
Position: Home Manager
Care Categories: Nursing, respite, post-operative, palliative and dementia care.
Service: General care in older Adults
Resident Admission Age: 65 years +
Negotiable Salary: up to £65,000 negotiable depending on experience + 30% annual Bonus
Hours: Full time hours 40 hours
Flexible Shifts: Days shifts OFFICE HOURS Monday to Friday
Contract type: Permanent

Nursing Home Details: I am looking for highly motivated experienced RGN, RMN or NON CLINICAL manager to work within a beautiful family friendly care home located in Broadstone, Dorset. This care home is proud to be able to display an Outstanding report from their recent CQC inspection, issued October 2018.

The home is in the lovely village setting of Broadstone, close to local amenities and within easy reach of Dorset's beautiful beaches and countryside. The Home offers residential, nursing, respite, post-operative, palliative and dementia care.

Role: To lead, supervise and direct a multi-disciplinary team to deliver consistently high standards of quality care to our residents in accordance with the company values. To manage effectively both the income and expenditure to realise a substantial business. To demonstrate effective stakeholder management and through health care partnering build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications, Training and Skills:

LMCA or equivalent Management qualification
Clinical knowledge and experience (desirable)
Proven ability to persuade and influence at all levels
People management experience
Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.
Confident and articulate communicator with a proven ability to interpret and explain written and statistical information to a range of audiences
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and an ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust amongst key stakeholders.
