Working with one of the leading providers for residential and specialist support services of adult care in the UK, Elite Care People are very pleased to be recruiting a Registered Home Manager for a care home in the Steppingley, Bedfordshire area that provides specialist Dementia and general nursing care for the elderly. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward thinking and innovative provider of specialist adult care services, where you will have the support of their national network of care facilities.
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the care home, ensuring the highest level of care is given to all residents. You will ensure the running of the home is in line with all regulatory requirements and company policy offering guidance and support to the staff teams.
We are keen to speak with experienced Nursing Home Managers for the elderly who have a proven track record of quality care through previous inspections. Due to the requirements of the home, to be considered you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin number.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000 per annum, alongside a range of benefits.
