It is important you have experience of managing complex needs services for adults with learning disabilities, as you will be overseeing and maintaining the care of service users and supporting the Registered Managers in the day to day running of the business.

Requirements for this position
To be successful in the role you will have:
- NVQ Level 4 / 5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent qualification
- Have 3 years previous management experience. Any prior work in Supported living will be a bonus.
- Strong background of working with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour or Autism
- Driver With a clean driving licence.
