Job Type:  Permanent
Location: Brighouse (West Yorkshire)

Days and hours of work: Monday to Sunday (Rota basis) 42 hours per week
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £9ph / £18,720

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Day-time OR Night-time Care Support workers for their Care Home in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

Each Home is unique in style, setting and care delivery but all offer high quality care and, most importantly, provide people with a real ‘home’.

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to our clients Care Home in Brighouse. The home offers nursing and residential care to older members of the local community.

You will ideally have experience within elderly care although additional training will be given to the right applicant.

The positions will predominantly involve alternative weekends although there may sometimes be a request for you to support colleagues on other shifts.

You will be caring and compassionate and understand both the responsibility and privilege you have in caring for our residents.

You will be able to work both within a team and independently.

The role will include supporting residents with their physical and emotional care.

You may be required to be able to work across the full 7 day week and will receive your personal rota 4 weeks in advance.

Higher rates of pay are available for staff who have their NVQ 2 and 3 qualifications.
