CBT Team Manager - IAPT - Luton - £43,500 job in Bedford at Service Care Solutions

Service Care Solutions are recruiting a CBT Team Manager for an IAPT service in Luton, Bedfordshire.

Annual Salary:-
*£43,500 per annum

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
(37 hours per week)

You will be managing the CBT team and overseeing the delivery of HIT interventions to service users within an IAPT setting.

You will be required to manage the multi-disciplinary team staff and to ensure that service users receive clinical services in line with SLAs and ensuring KPIs are adhered to.

The successful candidate will hold a mental health professional qualification, a CBT qualification and be eligible to provide CBT supervision. Experience within a similar setting or a combination of managerial and psychological therapy experience would be required to ensure the basic competency and awareness for this role is in place.

BABCP Accreditation and the ability to provide CBT (and IAPT) supervision are all desirable attributes but not essential.
