The Eversheds Sutherland Conflicts and Compliance Unit (CCU) in Leeds works within the Risk Team to support the business in meeting its regulatory responsibilities under the SRA's Code of Conduct and the Money Laundering Regulations Act 2007. The CCU team is responsible for new client due diligence, conflicts handling and information barriers.
