Centre Manager Shrewsbury & Telford NHS Trust (SY3 8XQ) £29.44 per hour Temporary - 3months
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Assistant Chief Operating Officer and will work between the two hospital sites (Princess Royal/Royal Shrewsbury) We require you to of worked within a similar position within the NHS.
Main requirements for this role:- *Experience of working at a senior management level in the acute sector *Business strategy and workforce planning *Implementation of service improvement to include complex change management programmes *Ability to prepare and analyse reports for the Board etc *Experience of working with service users and developing new teams etc *Ability to work across organisational boundaries developing partnerships *Effective management of a range of staff groups/professionals *A sound working knowledge of revenue, expenditure, budgets, capital including forecasting trends *Achieve service targets *Excellent communication skills including the ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
