Criteria

• Qualified RGN or RMN
• Ideally care home/dementia experience
• Experience leading a team in a Clinical Lead/Charge Nurse post is preferred

Set in the village of Gullane, East Lothian and opened in 2017, the magnificent specially designed home was recently completed to an exceptional standard. You will attend to the physical and emotional care needs of residents, promoting a holistic, person-centred approach. You will be required to deliver a high standard of nursing care at all times and act as a point of reference to junior staff.

You will bring an array of experience leading a team of Nurses from your previous posts, ideally as a Clinical Lead, Charge Nurse or Deputy Manager. Experience in Care for the Elderly is a must.
