CK Science are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Medical Officer with an extensive background in therapeutic antibody or small molecule, pharmaceutical clinical development to join a cell therapy biotech company, based in Boston, Massachusetts on a permanent basis. This is high profile position that will play a key role in the future success of an innovative Immuno Oncology Biotech.

The Company:
Based in Boston, this company is a fast growing and exciting Biotech. Using their own innovative technology, they are developing therapeutics Antibodies that will form the next generation of IO treatments. You will be working with "World Class" scientists with a pedigree built from experience and credibility.

CMO Role:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee the clinical research and development activities on site in Boston.

Other duties will include to:

Be responsible for the ethical conduct of clinical trials and for subject safety.
Be accountable for design and execution of Clinical Plans which deliver against scientific and business goals.
Be accountable for developing methodologies which improve New Molecular Entity survival and reduce the cost of drug development.
Oversee design of protocols for Phase 1 and 2 studies, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and consultants as appropriate (Statistics, Clinical Pharmacokinetics, clinical project management, clinical operations) approves final protocol.
Be accountable for FIH decision point and endorsing first dosing in human.
