Job Title: Children's Healthcare Assistant
Shift patterns - Days, nights and weekends - 16 hour and Bank contracts available
Starting Salary £8.80 per hour
About this Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Community Health Care Assistant to provide clinical care to a child with additional medical needs within the home in the Durham area.
You will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of care for patients with complex health needs, alongside their families and significant others.
Your role will be to ensure that the child has their personal and healthcare needs met at home.
You will be required to follow the instructions of the care plans ensuring dignity and safety.
The post holder will need to be dynamic, innovative, forward thinking and confident to sensitively challenge conventional thinking.

Driver with their own car is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in care and working with Children and/or young adults, but full training will be given for the right candidates.
