The postholder will be a member of the IT Operational team. This team concentrates on the provision of IT Operational Support and Customer Services support functions. The postholder will support the delivery of 2nd line and desktop services across the SCFT sites and the all peripheral locations.

The team will be responsible for delivering technical customer focused IT service to all SCFT staff. The team will liaise with internal and external customers, providing a responsive and customer focused desktop and 2nd line support team, and will be based on a number of sites across the geographic area covered by the Trust.

Please note postholder must be independently mobile (Car owner and driver)
