Pertemps Medical are urgently looking to speak with Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologists to work within a newly refurbished private inpatient high dependency complex care service based in Nottinghamshire.
This role offers an immediate start with the ideal candidate being available 2-3 days per week (7.5hrs per day)
The successful candidate will be working across a 20 bedded male acute care setting with service users whom may present with co-morbid presentations, and/or primary diagnosis of learning disability and complex mental health needs.
Person Specification
Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling or Forensic Psychology (or overseas equivalent)
HCPC registration as a practitioner psychologist
Experience working in a forensic setting – desirable
This role involves
Working with multi-disciplinary teams
Provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy
Working autonomously within professional guidelines
